  • +24% in May 2025 vs. May 2024.
  • +28% in 5 months of 2025 vs. 2024.

Regional dynamics

China is the absolute leader (61% of the global market):

  • Sales: 4.4 million in 5 months (+33% vs. 2024).
  • Share: 61% of global sales.

Europe – a sharp recovery after stagnation in 2024:

Sales: 1.6 million (+27% vs. 2024). In 2024 there was a decline of 3%, but in 2025 – significant growth:

  • Germany: +45% (new government programs for corporate car fleets).
  • UK: +32%.
  • Spain: +72%.
  • Italy: +58%.

North America (USA, Canada, Mexico):

  • Sales: 0.7 million (+3% vs. 2024).
  • USA: +4%.
  • Canada: sales decline.

Rest of the world:

  • Growth +36% (strong increase in demand in emerging markets).

Conclusions

  • China continues to dominate, but Europe shows the sharpest growth after last year’s decline. – North America is lagging behind due to weak momentum in Canada and moderate growth in the US.
